Teen Writing Workshop

Saturday, August 8 from 1-3 PM

Join recent James Clemens graduate and two-time published author Jack Wimberley for a workshop for teens about writing for publication. 

Jack started writing at 15 and has planned a practical class, leading writers between 13 and 19 years of age through a presentation of the basic steps of moving from story idea to publication. 

Participants will receive a $10 credit towards any book purchase in the store as part of their ticket, as well as resources to use later.

  • Instruction (including written resources) by an experienced teen writer
  • Light Refreshments
  • A $10 credit towards any book purchase at Blue Apple Books and a 10% discount on any purchases at South & Pine or Blue Apple Books immediately before or after the event
