Introductory Calligraphy Workshop - August 29, 2026

Saturday, August 29, 2026 from 2-4 PM

Local artist and designer Shama Patel will be teaching an introductory calligraphy class on Saturday, August 29 from 2-4 PM in our event space! Participants will learn the basics of how to use calligraphy pens and will create either a note card or small frameable decorative sign.

Tickets include:
 - Professional instruction and guidance
 - All needed supplies to make 1-2 bookmarks, plus you will be able to take home a basic set of calligraphy markers!
 - Light snacks and beverages 
 - 10% off any purchase at Blue Apple Books or South & Pine on the day of the workshop. 

*This class is recommended for ages 10 and up.
