Fall 2026 Madison Elementary Book Release Party Pre-Order Form

This link is ONLY for pre-ordering the books listed below for the Madison Elementary School library's Book Release Party, scheduled for the date below: 

Sept. 15 - I Survived the Night of the Lions 

The deadline for ordering is ONE WEEK prior to the party date(s).

The books will be delivered to the library in time for the party!

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARENTS (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!) 

• CHOOSE "PICK UP IN STORE" at checkout to avoid shipping charges
• PLEASE PUT STUDENT'S NAME(s) and GRADE(s) IN CUSTOMER NOTES
• Please note that even if you get a notification from South & Pine/Blue Apple Books that your "order will be ready for pickup" on a certain day, if you DID NOT MEET THE ONE WEEK AHEAD OF TIME order deadline, your child will NOT have a book or be called down for the party!

REMINDER: Deadline for ordering: midnight on Sept. 8!

***If you'd like to purchase an extra book to be given to a deserving child nominated by their teacher or Mrs. Howard, just increase your quantity and write that in the Customer Notes section.****
