Port wine (alcohol-removed), grapes, raisins and our No.1 Bitter Formula impart the flavors of sweet vermouth, and a bit of cherry gives a nod to its traditional garnish. As it ages in bourbon barrels, it takes on notes of charred oak and vanilla, and the No.1 Bitter Formula (the base of our No.1 Old Fashioned) add complex bitterness to balance.
