Therapeutic Art-Making Group Session (Workshop)

Spring has sprung... and with it both the wonder and the hecticness that emerging from our winter cocoons can bring! Do you need some time to check in with yourself, but are struggling to name what’s going on within? Art is proven to help draw out emotions in a unique and gentle way that might be difficult to put into words.

We would love to walk you through a simple art-making process in a small group setting that helps you take a pause from the hustle and re-connect to your authentic self. The group setting is designed to be small in number, creating a safe, non intimidating environment, where you get to decide if and what you want to share. Any and all skill levels are welcome here! We are not here to create masterpieces, just bear witness to one another’s emotional processing through art.
