Our June 2026 Workshop will be Tuesday, June 30 from 6:30-8 PM
For our June workshop, Mellissa Meeks (owner of Southern Dash Catering by MellMee) will conduct the March Howlin' Owl workshop at Blue Apple Books / South & Pine, which will be an grilling-focused workshop featuring a variety of recipes perfect for summer.
Your ticket includes:
- Demonstration and samples of all menu items + a sample of paired beverages (including beer samples from Old Black Bear Brewing and assorted soft drinks)
- A fun food and drink-centered learning experience led by a catering pro
- A copy of the The Best Grilling Cookbook Ever Written by Two Idiots cookbook
- Your choice of either a wooden salad serving set or ceramic dip bowl (two designs available)
